Feed the Wolf Nutrition focuses on creating diet and lifestyle changes that are sustainable. I believe it’s important that you can still enjoy the foods you love while still making progress to your goals. Fueling your body with enough nutrients and calories is important for all lifestyles; Restriction of food groups and calories is not necessary to reach your health goals.
I specialize in working with Olympic Weightlifters and Crossfit athletes. I also have worked with dozens of women to help them learn how to fuel themselves properly, ditch diet culture and reach their fitness goals.
Basic Nutrition Coaching
$130/month
Includes weekly check ins with your coach, personalized macronutrient and nutrient timing recommendations. You will also receive access to FTW intro to tracking macros document and client group chat for recipe and meal ideas! This service is for those who have prior experience tracking macros and are independent throughout the week.
This service requires a 3 month commitment.
Sports Nutrition Package
$300 one time fee
Includes one 60 minute assessment & three 30 minute follow up sessions via zoom. We will discuss nutrition habits based on sport, pre & post workout meals and personalized supplement recommendations. This service is great for high school, collegiate or recreational athletes looking for a competitive advantage. Health, school and stress management tips may also be provided.
Nutrition Consult- Initial
$100/60 mins
Via zoom we will discuss and review your current eating and lifestyle habits in depth. We will then discuss your health goals and develop a plan to reach them.
Add-On Meet Week Support
$20/week
For weightlifters or powerlifters who need more support the week out from a meet. Services will include macro adjustments daily- if necessary- fiber, sodium and fluid manipulation. If warranted, specific food and meal ideas pre and post weigh ins.
This service is for current monthly nutrition clients
Advanced Nutrition Coaching
$175/month
Includes all the benefits of basic nutrition coaching along with limitless contact with your coach. This service is appropriate for those who want nutrition coaching and do NOT want to track macros. If you need guidance in between check ins this is the coaching service for you!
This service requires a 3 month commitment.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Package
$175/month
Biweekly check-ins during the first trimester (if applicable), weekly check-ins thereafter. This is a personalized service that includes: nutrient recommendations based on the individual and activity levels, high protein and calorie meal ideas and supplement recommendations. Monitoring of weight gain and weight loss will be provided. Clients will also receive ongoing support between check-ins.
Nutrition Consult- Follow Up
$65/30 mins
Via zoom we will review progress from previous visit(s) and implement necessary changes if necessary.
Add-On Meal Plan
$40/1 day or $100/3 day meal plan
For current monthly nutrition clients who want specific meal ideas. This is used to be as one example of a day of eating and NOT a comprehensive meal plan. The plan will be based on food preferences, current macro ratios and nutrient timing based on exercise regimen.
